The Chapultepec Zoo is another great option to visit and do various activities. You want to travel the streets by bicycle, because this is a perfect place to pedal through the streets, or, climb the steel booths of Horno 3, climb with your family the steel structures that lift you up to 40 meters, from where the view is simply breathtaking. The Bioparque Estrella offers safaris passing through the land of giraffes, the arctic and dinosaur area. Where to stay in Monterrey? There is a wide variety of options for every budget.

12. Zacatecas

A good recommendation is the Tamayo Contemporary Art Museum, an enclosure that keeps the best of the works of this magnificent artist. If you visit Oaxaca during the month of December you can take your family to the “Night of the Radishes”, an event where the competitors make figures with them, such as dancers, virgins, animals, etc. Of course, Monte Albán is one of the most important archaeological zones that you cannot miss.

A city with impressive and gigantic walls, which served as a point of exchange with New Spain. The Xmuch-Haltún botanical garden is a good place to visit and learn about the flora that occurs on the outskirts of the state, as well as the plants, from the most common to the rarest. Isla Aguada is a protected area, where you can see a large number of sea and land birds such as the stork. In Xtacumbilxunaán, there are the oldest caves on the peninsula, which has been formed over seven million years. There are a series of cavities that lead you to mysterious chambers. The Edzná archaeological zone is another obligatory point for the whole family, it has more than 200 structures that date back more than 600 years BC
