Atracciones en Vancouver que no te puedes perder

Vancouver is jovial and inviting, large but projects tranquility. It is a city with many attractions and great charm. Whether you are going for a couple of weeks or for a few days only, I share with you several attractions in Vancouver that you cannot miss, they are points that you will or will want a photo of.

To start, I will tell you how to get from Vancouver Airport to Pacific Central (train and subway station in the city center). The most expensive option is to go by taxi, and the most popular and cheapest is by train. Using this transfer method is very simple and will cost you just CAD 9 per person or CAD 9.75 if you buy a full-day transportation ticket for unlimited travel.

At the airport look for the signs to “Canada Line”, right at their station are the machines to buy the ticket (9CAD). If you want the ticket to travel by public transport all day (including the transfer from the airport), you must go to the domestic arrivals terminal, there is a 7-Eleven where you can buy the Day Pass for CAD 9.75.

My next recommendation is to look for a central hotel, because that way you will have a lot of places to visit within walking distance; the English Bay area is one of my favorites to stay.

To get around the city you can use public transport, which is very efficient, as well as the Aquabus that reaches strategic points. Another option is to rent a bicycle, which you can upload on public transport when you go far.

The attractions in Vancouver that you cannot miss are:

What to see in Vancouver – Granville Island.

Their market is adorable and they eat very well there and at a good price. From there you can walk to Vanier Park, take a walk, and then visit the Vancouver Museum and the Maritime Museum. If you want a delicious dinner in a “very in” place in the city, go to Edible Canada that is in front of the market.

Things to do in Vancouver – Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mountain.

This bridge is the most famous attraction in Vancouver, it is very long and spectacular wherever you see it. There is also a passage with a transparent floor for the brave, passages, bridges and much to see between trees and waterfalls. Nearby there is Grouse Mountain, which in winter is the ideal place to ski and in summer it has zip lines and various activities.

Vancouver tourist attractions – Stanley Park.

Lovely park to have a picnic, ride a bike or skate … spending time there is very pleasant and you can also go to the Vancouver Aquarium, which is one of the most important in the world and is in the same place.

There is much more to see and do in Vancouver, such as visiting Chinatown and its Millennium Gate. Right there you have to know the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden which is the only garden of the Ming dynasty that is outside of China.

In the city center you can visit the Steam Clock in Gastown; In addition to going to the viewpoint, the Art Gallery and taking your photo in front of the Olympic Torch and the Pixel Orca.

A final recommendation of the best attractions in Vancouver is undoubtedly English Bay, where you can admire beautiful sunsets.

And if after Vancouver you want to know more about Canada, you can go to Victoria; Or traveling by train to Jasper, Edmonton or Winnipeg, you will not regret it.
